With the support of the Ministry of Economy of the RT boats manufacturer from Tatarstan entered the German export market

Tatarstan Company producing Velvette Marine boats enters the export market of Germany with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate structures. On January 21, the first shipment of the Velvette 24 Euphoria to Hamburg will take place.

The history of the company Velvette Marine dates back to 2007. Today the company is a leading Russian manufacturer of boats and yachts, having achieved recognition of quality and brand awareness at the Russian and global levels. The Company is located in Naberezhno-Morkvashinskaya industrial area. Sales geography includes 11 countries. More than 1000 boats and yachts have already been produced. Velvette Marine is part of a Private Equity fund.

This year the company reached out to the Export Support Center, which is part of the Business Support Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, and asked for assistance in obtaining the European CE certificate necessary for entering the market of the EU countries. The amount of co-financing for obtaining the European certificate of conformity from the Center amounted to 1 million rubles, another 341 thousand rubles – personal funds of the enterprise. The service is available to all entrepreneurs on the terms of favorable co-financing – 80% of the costs of the total cost, but not more than 1 million rubles, is provided by the Fund, and only 20% of the costs are borne by the enterprise itself.

Thanks to the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the company has opened a new sales market – a practical and stylish boat will be sent to Germany under a distribution contract.

Assistance in the export activities of entrepreneurs of the republic is provided within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives". It is worth noting that from the beginning of the implementation of the national project 175 entrepreneurs entered the export market. The volume of exports of Tatarstan manufacturers, supported by the Center, amounted to more than 33 million US dollars.

In addition, the Entrepreneurship Support Fund provided the manufacturer with assistance in the amount of 300 thousand rubles in products promotional marketing. It bears reminding that in order to popularize and promote the products Tatarstan entrepreneurs can choose one of eight package solutions, which include the creation of a website, the development of a logo, corporate identity, font, brand book of the company, as well as setting up contextual and other online advertising, and much more.
