Livestock complex is being built in Elabuzhskiy region for half a billion rubles

A livestock complex for 2,200 head of cattle will open in Tatarstan. For implementation of the project, the agricultural enterprise received debt financing under the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of implementation of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support of Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”.The “Mir” farm is engaged in cattle breeding and the sale of dairy products. Its branches are located in Udmurtia and Tatarstan. The total number of cattle is 5,000 heads, where half of the herd are milking. The enterprise produces nearly 60 tons of milk every day. Raw materials are supplied to processing plants in Tatarstan and the Perm Territory.To expand production, a livestock complex with a maximum capacity of 2,200 cows is being built in the Malorechenskoye village of Elabuzhskiy region. Cows will be overseas, originally from Denmark. This is the most productive dairy breed, the average daily milk yield for each animal will be 30 liters. 406 cows have already been purchased.Almost all of the on-farm milking and feeding processes are automated, allowing for a minimum of staff. 8 people will work in the complex per day. The project cost is estimated at 500 million rubles. Debt financing was also attracted for its implementation. The Guarantee Fund acted as a guarantor for the loan in the amount of 30 million rubles.“Support to the agricultural sector is one of the important directions in the activities of the Guarantee Fund. Since the beginning of the year, we have already supported 46 agricultural companies of the republic, the amount of the guarantee amounted to 315 million rubles. The credit funds of the enterprise are directed both for the construction of such large investment projects and for current activities - they buy feed, fuel and lubricants and are already preparing for spring field work”, said Rasim Usmanov, Acting Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.The construction of the livestock complex will be completed early next year. At the first stage, the farm will have 1,200 heads; the enterprise is planning to reach full capacity by 2022.The guarantee was issued within the framework of the SME national project for the Standard product, according to the terms of the program, the maximum guarantee amount can be up to 50% of the loan amount and up to 50 million rubles.Also a special program “Entrepreneurship in the countryside” has been developed for agricultural producers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Peasant farms, individual entrepreneurs, cooperatives and entrepreneurs operating in rural areas can become participants in the preferential product. The Fund’s guarantee for this product is up to 70% of the loan amount. The minimum interest rate is 0.5%, the maximum amount of the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund is up to 5 million rubles.
During the meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov took part in a linear tour of the enterprise, got acquainted with production processes and talked with specialists.
Today, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the issues of legality in the implementation of control (supervisory) activities in the republic, measures to reduce administrative pressure on business in the implementation of state control (supervision).
More than 38 billion rubles were attracted by SMEs in the tourism sector in 2024 thanks to state support, of which 2.1 billion rubles were received by the tourism business of Tatarstan. In Russia, the activities of the national projects "Efficient and Competitive Economy" and "Tourism and Hospitality" are aimed at the development of the tourism industry.
By the end of 2024, small and medium-sized businesses from the tourism industry attracted 3.1 billion rubles for the development of entrepreneurial activities with the help of SME Bank, a subsidiary of SME Corporation. This is almost twice as much as at the end of 2023. Among the leading regions in terms of attracted financing are Moscow (about 1.4 billion rubles), the Republic of Tatarstan (507 million rubles), the Samara Region (176 million rubles), and the Sverdlovsk Region (172 million rubles).
