Today, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the issues of legality in the implementation of control (supervisory) activities in the republic, measures to reduce administrative pressure on business in the implementation of state control (supervision).
The meeting of the interdepartmental working group on the protection of entrepreneurs' rights was chaired by the Acting Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Zaika. Territorial bodies of federal authorities and regional control (supervision) bodies took part also.
Nasima Mirzanurova, Head of the Department for Supervision of Compliance with the Rights of Entrepreneurs of the Office for Supervision of the Implementation of Federal Legislation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic, announced the state of legality in the implementation of control (supervisory) activities.
Gulnaz Ismagilova, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, announced at a meeting with the supervisory authorities that reducing the administrative burden on businesses is one of the main components of the National Rating of the Investment Climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The rating allows us to annually identify reserves for improving business development conditions. The task of the control authorities today is to carry out prevention, warn businesses about possible violations and help eliminate them.
The speaker also stated that currently it is necessary to keep under control the issues of reducing the number of inspections while respecting the interests of the state and society.
During the meeting, representatives of the territorial bodies of federal authorities shared their positive experience in applying a risk-based approach to the implementation of state control (supervision).
