The Ministry of Economy discussed the “accompanying bill” in the framework of the reform of state control

Preparation of draft normative legal acts for the implementation of federal laws regulating control and supervisory activities at the federal and regional levels was discussed at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was held in the videoconference mode within the framework of a round table organized by the Federation Council Committee on Rules and Organization of Parliamentary Activities on topic: “On the progress of preparation at the federal and regional levels of draft normative legal acts for the implementation of federal laws “On State Control (Supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation” and “On mandatory requirements in the Russian Federation”.

The event was attended by representatives of individual control and supervisory bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan, in particular, the State Alcohol Inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the RT Committee for the Protection of Cultural Heritage Objects, the RT State Committee for Bioresources, and the RT State Committee for Tariffs.

The participants discussed changes to federal laws in terms of establishing types of federal, regional and municipal state control (supervision), for each type - its subject, as a set of mandatory requirements.

Based on the results of the discussion of the “accompanying bill”, a decision was made on further work on preparation at the regional level of draft regulations for implementation of the reform of control and supervisory activities.

Let us recall that on July 31, 2020, federal laws “On state control (supervision) and municipal control in the Russian Federation” (in force from July 01, 2021) and “On mandatory requirements in the Russian Federation” (entered into force on November 01, 2020) were adopted in accordance with which it is envisaged to reformat and comprehensively improve the entire system of control and supervisory activities, as well as update all mandatory requirements, compliance with which is subject to verification in the implementation of state control (supervision).
