Almetyevsk maintains a leading position in the rating of socio-economic development of the municipalities of Tatarstan

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan traditionally formed a monthly rating of socio-economic development of the municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic for January-May 2020.

In the overall rating, the leading positions were occupied by the Almetyevskiy municipal district (1st place), Kazan (2nd place) and Nizhnekamskiy (3rd place) municipal district.

In turn, the Atninskiy municipal district has risen in the ranking by 6 positions, Sabinskiy - by 5. These changes are due to a decrease in unemployment compared with other areas and an increase in the area of ​​housing commissioned.

On a per capita basis, the volume of shipped products on average in Tatarstan amounted to 263.57 thousand rubles. Among the municipalities of the republic, the highest results for this indicator are in Almetyevskiy (1,604.9 thousand rubles), Nizhnekamskiy (665.7 thousand rubles) and Elabuzhskiy (555.3 thousand rubles) municipal districts.

As of June 1, 2020, the registered unemployment rate in the republic was 2.9%. In 35 municipalities, this indicator is below the national average.

The lowest unemployment rate was registered in Aktanyshskiy (0.69%), Atninskiy (0.85%) and Mamadyshskiy (1.03%) municipal districts, the highest - in Pestrechinskiy (5.77%), Vysokogorskiy (3.61%) and Elabuzhskiy (3.51%) municipal districts.

In January-May 2020, 0.273 square meters of total housing per capita were commissioned in Tatarstan. The largest housing area per capita was commissioned in Pestrechinskiy (2,788 square meters), Laishevskiy (1,834 square meters) and Tukayevskiy (1,156 square meters) municipal districts.
