An entrepreneur from Tatarstan received 5 million rubles for development of a farm under the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan

The agricultural producer Bikchurov Ravil from the Drozhzhanovskiy district received a soft loan of 5 million rubles for development of farming. The Guarantee Fund of the Republic subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan was the guarantee of the loan. The amount of the guarantee amounted to 850 thousand rubles.

An entrepreneur from the B.Tsilna village in Drozhzhanovskiy municipal district is engaged in the production of agricultural products - crop production. The main production asset of the borrower is land, which is used for cultivation and subsequent sale of grain, sugar beets and sunflowers. The borrowed funds were used to purchase agricultural seeds. Currently, the entrepreneur is marketing his own crop products to the population and enterprises of the Republic.

The guarantee was issued in the framework of the preferential program for agricultural producers of Tatarstan “Entrepreneurship in the countryside”, the implementation of which in the Republic is supervised by the Ministry of Economy. Since the beginning of 2020, the program issued 14 guarantees for a total amount of 24.6 million rubles.

The program “Entrepreneurship in the countryside” is specially designed for development of the business of agricultural producers of the Republic. Participants in the preferential product may be peasant farms, private entrepreneurs, cooperatives and entrepreneurs operating in rural areas. The amount of the Fund’s guarantee for this product is up to 70% of the loan amount. The minimum interest rate is 0.5%, the maximum guarantee amount of the Guarantee Fund is up to 5 million rubles.

Demand for the program is growing every year. Most rural entrepreneurs have already repeatedly enlisted the support of the Fund. Since the beginning of the year, entrepreneurs were able to attract 51.5 million rubles under the program, Director of the Fund Timur Temirgaliyev noted.

Let us recall that for 2019, under this program, 35 guarantees were issued in the amount of about 77 million rubles, while the total amount of loans amounted to 243.5 million rubles.
