Today, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan held a traditional meeting with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. The Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov attended the online meeting.
Representatives of X5 Retail Group requested not to fine entrepreneurs within 1-2 days after the entry into force of resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic in the current situation. The President assured that during today all necessary additions in this part will appear in the resolution. “We will definitely provide for such a norm,” said Rustam Minnikhanov.
Castorama management asks about the possibility of paying for electricity according to actual consumption, that is, according to meter readings. Rustam Minnikhanov instructed the management of Tatenergosbyt AO to provide such an opportunity.
“It will be objective if, at the time of this difficult situation, the companies that turned out to be the most affected paid according to the readings. In general, it is necessary to identify those sectors that need this form of support”, the President said.
Tatenergosbyt AO will work out this form of payment with consumers. (Now 70% is an advance, and only 30% is for actual consumption)
The Head of the company Quintes-Group requested support measures in the form of a deferment of payment of state and municipal property leases. The President of the Republic said that this issue is currently in progress. The decision will be made in the very near future.

We are waiting for the next week, everything will depend on what the indicators for the spread of the virus will be, - the President said. - Our headquarters is currently developing a number of measures to support the sector of small and medium-sized businesses, in the coming days we will definitely announce them. The main thing is take care of yourself, relatives and your collectives”, Rustam Minnikhanov concluded.
