The list of projects of the Tatarstan Investment Memorandum for 2020 - 2022 was approved

Agriculture remains as before one of the main areas. For implementation this year, the construction of high-tech complexes of animal husbandry and dairy production, mushroom cultivation with a capacity of 4,133 tons per year, and the Biosphere-Fish hatchery complex have been approved.

Priority projects in production of vehicles and equipment include projects for development of the KAMAZ lineup and production of special protected REMDIESEL vehicles.

For the further development of transport infrastructure, construction of the following roads is planned: Alekseyevskoye - Almetyevsk, Almetyevsk - Bavly, Bavly (M-5) - Shalty, Shali (M-7) - Naratlyk and Shali (M-7) – Sorochyi Gory as part of construction of the toll motorway Shali (M-7) - Bavly (M-5). It is planned to create a regional system of linear objects of off-street transport, such as automated transport and tourist cableways. Cableways will be constructed using the technology of the Austrian-Italian group of companies LEITNER in the cities and regions of the republic: Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevskiy, Verkhneuslonskiy, Zelenodolskiy, Nizhnekamskiy, Spasskiy and Tetyushinskiy districts.

Other priority project is the development of technology and creation of a line for the production of artificial leather, on which the Kazan State Treasury Powder Plant is working.

The document also highlighted a number of projects approved for implementation with the provision of state support in the form of tax incentives, including: modernization of Kazan Heat and Power Station-3, construction of wholesale and distribution centers Zelenodolsk and Elabuga, etc.

“Inclusion of investment projects in this list gives an advantage in obtaining state support, guarantees the inclusion of objects in urban planning documents, and also helps to attract borrowed financing. In addition, based on an analysis of labor requirements for the implementation of projects, the Ministry of Economy, together with the Ministry of Labor, can formulate a forecast about the need to train certain personnel in the republic”, said Farid Abdulganiyev, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
