The entrepreneur received a preferential loan for development of farming under the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan

The agricultural producer Gulnara Nikiforova from the Tukayevskiy district received a preferential loan of 4.7 million rubles to expand the poultry complex under the program “Countryside Entrepreneurship”. The Guarantee Fund under the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan became the guarantor of the loan.

Small-size entrepreneur Gulnara Nikiforova is engaged in the farming of poultry in Biklyan village of Tukayevskiy district of Tatarstan. At present, there are about 32 thousand laying hens in the peasant farm owned by the agricultural producer since 2015. The poultry complex consists of two buildings. Credit funds in the amount of 4.7 million rubles provided as part of measures to support SMEs will go to expand the territory of the poultry complex and increase the number of birds.

The guarantee was provided in the framework of the preferential program “Countryside Entrepreneurship”, the implementation of which in the republic is supervised by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The maximum guarantee amount under the program is 5 million rubles. The Guarantee Fund acts as a guarantor up to 70% of the loan amount.

In 2019, according to the Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Timur Temirgaliyev, 35 guarantees were issued under this program in the amount of about 77 million rubles. The total amount of loans amounted to 243.5 million rubles.

The demand for this measure of state support among the owners of peasant farms is steadily growing. The peasant farm from Tukayevskiy district is the first in 2020 to whom the support of the Guarantee Fund of RT was provided. The development of small and medium-sized businesses in rural settlements is one of the key tasks of the economy, as it increases the vitality of rural areas, creates new jobs there and provides the Republic with high-quality food, said Farid Abdulganiyev, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. - Throughout 2020, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will continue to support agricultural producers”.
