Over 234 million rubles were saved in 2019 during the implementation of national projects in Tatarstan
KAZAN, January 30./TASS/. Tatarstan, when implementing national projects, saved about 234 million rubles of budgetary funds based on public procurement, as well as during construction work in 2019. The Minister of Economy of the Republic Farid Abdulganiyev said TASS about this on Thursday.
“In 2019, 27.4 billion rubles were allocated for implementation of national projects in the Republic of Tatarstan, 20 billion rubles of which were allocated from the federal budget. The development of allocated funding can be recognized as one hundred percent. Carrying out competitive procedures allowed to save about 234 million rubles. The budget was used as efficiently as possible, moreover, during a series of tenders on capital construction projects with contractors, more favorable conditions for cooperation were achieved, which resulted in noticeable cost savings”, he said, noting that the cash balance generated as a result of the savings was returned to the federal budget.
According to him, as part of implementation of national projects in the republic, construction of social, educational, recreational and transport infrastructure facilities was carried out, funds were invested in supporting and expanding the network of healthcare organizations and equipping them with diagnostic equipment. 30 kindergartens with 6,130 places were built, 3,110 of which are nurseries. Two schools were commissioned and three more schools are being completed, which in general will be able to accept more than 6.4 thousand pupils. A medical assistant and obstetric clinic has been opened, redevelopment of 15 clinics has been completed - new solutions can improve the conditions for visiting clinics for mothers with children.
A new residential building for a psycho-neurological boarding school for 97 places is also being built. For the healthcare system, mobile medical complexes - four mobile clinics and seven mobile fluoroscopes - were purchased.
Two municipal libraries, five virtual concert halls, three rural clubs, a new employment center were opened in the regions of the republic. Three sports grounds were built and equipped with modern safe equipment, special equipment was purchased to equip 18 sites that will be used in preparation for the “Ready for Labor and Defense” All-Russian sports complex, and two football fields with artificial turf and athletics treadmills were also built. A number of sports facilities will open in 2020.
Last year 68 public spaces were arranged in Tatarstan, 97.5 km of city streets and 108.3 km of regional roads were repaired, eight modern functional treatment plants are being prepared for launch. Thanks to the implementation of national projects, the engineering networks of the Saba industrial park were built.
Passports of 12 national projects (“Demography”, “Culture”, “Health”, “Education”, “Housing and Urban Environment”, “Ecology”, “Safe and High-Quality Roads”, “Increasing Labor Productivity and Supporting Employment”, “Science” , “Digital Economy” , “Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurship Initiatives” , “International Cooperation and Export”) and the Comprehensive Plan for Modernization and Expansion of the Main Infrastructure were approved to fulfill the tasks set in May Decree of the Russian President Vladimir Putin. They are planned to be implemented until 2024.
