Another industrial Park appeared in Naberezhnye Chelny

There is  new production infrastructure in Naberezhnye Chelny:  industrial park and industrial site. Their residents created more than 700 jobs.

The production site "Equipment Base", operating in Naberezhnye Chelny since 2014, received the status of an industrial Park. Accreditation was obtained as a result of the meeting of the Commission on accreditation of infrastructure of property support of SMEs held in the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The industrial Park with an area of 9,2 hectares houses five residents engaged in the production of wire products, chains and springs, processing of metal products, production of construction metal structures, in the field of transport logistics, processing and recycling of secondary waste.

Also in Naberezhnye Chelny created a new industrial site "GreenPro" area of 3,9 hectares. It focuses on 14 companies engaged in production, storage and trading activities in the food industry.

The companies located on the territory of the new industrial site and Park created more than 700 jobs.

In addition to this, another 5 production sites have confirmed their status and successfully passed re-accreditation.

"For the region, these industrial locations are points of economic growth. Tatarstan has all the conditions to attract more investment in industry and increase the number of entrepreneurs in such "serious" industries as Metalworking, food production, logistics. These are the areas, the development of which is especially promising and in demand in the Republic with a large territory. The fact that the created industrial sites and parks confirm their accreditation indicates that the support measures within the programs of the Ministry of economy are working: our residents confidently pass the stages of business formation and occupy their niche and market share", – pointed out Farid Abdulganiev.

Residents of accredited industrial sites and parks receive support within the programs of the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. In particular, they can subsidize the costs associated with the payment of interest on loans attracted for the construction (reconstruction) of engineering infrastructure, industrial buildings, structures, structures, as well as for the purchase of new equipment. 

Also in some areas, by decision of the Executive committees, the land tax may be reduced or abolished for residents. For lands of municipal property on which the industrial platform or industrial industrial Park is located, by the decision of Executive Committee the rent can be reduced or cancelled.

Acceptance of applications for accreditation of industrial parks and sites continues until November 30.
