Guarantee support of Tatarstan to SMEs helped entrepreneurs to attract more than 3 billion rubles

The total amount of loans attracted under the guarantee of the Guarantee fund subordinated to the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan exceeded 3 billion rubles. The number of guarantees issued for 8 months of 2019, equaled the volume of 2018.

148 sureties were issued in the amount of 901.4 million rubles, and the total amount of loans attracted by them exceeded 3 billion rubles. At the same time, 47% of the loan portfolio accounts for various productions, 10.7 % - for agriculture.

"Entrepreneurs do not always have enough own funds to expand their activities and purchase equipment. The programs of the Guarantee Fund help to solve these problems and we see that such support is needed and in demand in small and medium - sized businesses," Minister of economy of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev said.

Tatarstan is a leader in the volume of loans to small and medium-sized businesses issued in the region. With the support of the National guarantee system in the first half of 2019, 4.1 billion rubles were issued in the Republic. More than half of them are supported by the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.

"These figures show that our business support tool is affordable and convenient for both banks and entrepreneurs. Our task is to cover as many entrepreneurs of Tatarstan as possible", - said the director of the Guarantee fund Timur Temirgaliyev.
