Financing of industrial parks in Tatarstan will be increased
А working visit of the Minister of Economy to the Sabinsky municipal district took place.
As part of the implementation of the national project “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”, a delegation of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by Minister Farid Abdulganiev visited the Sabinsky municipal district of Tatarstan.
Together with the head of the Sabinsky municipal district, Rais Minnikhanov, the Minister examined two parks - Saba and Yashil Park, and also spoke with businessmen.
In 2019, within the framework of the national project, 99 million rubles of federal funds are allocated for the construction of the industrial park Saba. Another 23.22 million rubles will be allocated from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The park is created to support small and medium-sized businesses in the area - the park residents will receive an infrastructure equipped with all necessary communications and the opportunity to participate in state support programs.
Already today, on the territory of the industrial park, 3 residents are active, which created 43 jobs. They produce composite and building materials and cabinet furniture. By 2024, their number is planned to increase to 22 and create 511 jobs.
During his visit to the region, Farid Abdulganiev said that at present the issue of increasing federal funding from 99 million to 250 million rubles is being worked out with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
The total cost of construction of the Saba park will be 385.8 million rubles, of which 77.2 million rubles will be invested by the management company of the industrial park.
Ecotechnopark "Yashil Park" also counts on state support through the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. And, as Farid Abdulganiev emphasized, an application for the allocation of federal subsidies to the park for construction and development on June 21 was already sent to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
The Yashil Park specialization is the processing of industrial waste, including metal-containing waste, and the production of building products and building materials from secondary resources. The total amount of investments in the project is over 887 million rubles, of which the share of investments of the management company is 567 million rubles, and residents - 320 million rubles. By 2024, 4 residents will be accommodated in the park and 213 jobs will be created.
“Industrial parks are promising “points of growth” for our economy. We are planning to increase the number of industrial sites and parks to 100, — says Farid Abdulganiev. — For management companies and residents of industrial parks today there are measures of state support. One of the main subsidies is the loans interest rate subsidies. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that all costs associated with paying interest on loans attracted from Russian credit institutions are reimbursed. The maximum subsidy per recipient is 5 million rubles a year. ”
At the end of 2018, there were 85 infrastructure facilities in Tatarstan, including 71 industrial sites and 14 industrial parks. They created more than 26 thousand jobs (in 2017 - 24.4 thousand, growth - 9). The volume of production in 2018 increased by 12.4% and amounted to more than 143 billion rubles. Among the major infrastructure facilities are two special economic zones “Alabuga” and “Innopolis”, Technopolis “Himgrad”, Kama industrial park “Master”, Agro-industrial park “Kazan”.
