Unique to Russia support system for local manufacturers launched In Tatarstan
Today, the Government House hosted a presentation of the work of the system to promote Tatarstan made products. The presentation took place with the participation of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev and the Director General of the Agency for Government Order of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC.
A new tool has been developed at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan to identify investment niches, create new jobs, develop production, as well as cooperative chains with local producers.
The system is based on the resources of the Federal electronic trading platform zakazrf.ru.
The value of the new tool is that it provides information to small and medium-sized businesses about the need for a particular product with a description of all the characteristics and the required volume of purchases within the republic. Owning this information, local manufacturer will be able to use the system to offer its conditions for replacing the required products with a domestic counterpart that meets all the conditions of the customer.
The system is a constantly updated informational and analytical platform of the Function Exchange “Stock Market” aggregator (bp.zakazrf.ru) and consists of a catalog of product offers from republican manufacturers, a catalog of republican buyers and a catalog of deals.
The purchase procedure lasts for 48 hours.
Analysis of transactions made in the system will allow forming a list of investment niches, that is, a list of products purchased but not produced in the country, and will also allow optimizing procurement costs, increase competition in the market, and receive more complete information about the needs and opportunities of the domestic market.
As the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev noted, today in Tatarstan about 50% of the production is purchased outside the republic. Also, products are often bought in other regions with the possibility of purchasing from local manufacturers. Thanks to the new system, manufacturers will have access to information about the needs of customers for the purchased products, their volumes and characteristics, which will help them identify and occupy free investment niches. The system will help the customers to find better deals on the domestic market.
The system is available to all entrepreneurs registered both on the EIS of the state order of the Russian Federation, and directly in the Aggregator.
In order for the system to achieve it’s maximum convenience and usefulness for entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs will be told about the possibilities of the new business support mechanism and it’s use on a regular basis, within the framework of the Balance Regional Commissions.
It is planned to identify and localize at least one investment niche in each region of the Republic of Tatarstan by the end of the first year of operation of the system.
For the first 1.5 months of operation, 56 enterprises from 23 districts of the republic took advantage of the system. The catalog today presents 656 offers. Bidding took place in Drozhzhanovsky, Aksubayevsky, Almetyevsky, Alekseevsky, Sabinsky district, etc.

For example, there are a number of companies, especially those with state participation, which cannot be accessed “from the street”: you need to sign a huge number of approvals in various departments. And here it is easier. There are tenders in which water utility enterprises, construction firms participate. ”
