Farid Abdulganiev took part in a seminar aimed at discussing ways of improving competitiveness of federal subjects of Russia
Today in Moscow the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev took part in the seminar "Evaluation of the National rating of investment climate in federal subjects of the Russian Federation" and "Ways of improving competitiveness of federal subjects of Russia".
As it was noted during the seminar, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives expressed its appreciation for the "Verified business" Internet portal of Tatarstan, the system for providing state and municipal services at the multipurpose centers (state registration of real estate rights), the efficiency of procedure for obtaining residential building permits (rules for land use and development for all municipalities and urban settlements of the republic, electronic procedure for obtaining permits.
According to the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, this year's plan includes implementation of assessment system, computerization of supervision and control functions, as well as implementation of risk oriented approach to four types of regional control. A separate emphasis was made on expanding the knowledge of entrepreneurs on issues of interaction with supervisory authorities. This is the "Verified business" portal prepared and implemented in Tatarstan with the support of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic. It is the first regional Internet source about inspections of small-sized enterprises. The portal was created to support the reformation of supervision and control activities in Russia. It contains reminders about 300 typical violations exposed by regulatory and supervisory authorities in the republic.
The Minister Abdulganiev has also reminded about the projects, which successfully run in Tatarstan with the support of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives:
- a project for the creation of a network of children technoparks "Quantorium". There are already three "Quantoriums" in the republic: one in Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk and Nijnekamsk;
- implementation of Worldskills standards at the industrial enterprise and educational institutions of the republic (43 specialized competence centers for 93 professions).
Farid Abdulganiev expressed his hope for further fruitful cooperation with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in the preparation of qualified staff for digital economy; implementation of tasks of the National technological initiative and road maps of the National entrepreneurial initiative; in a number of social projects ("Development of Volunteering", "Long-term care system", "Development of the Mentoring Movement"); as well as in approbation of the best practices of the project "Store of right decisions".
The event was hosted at the co-working center "Boiling point" of ANCO "Agency for Strategic Initiatives for Promoting New Projects" together with business associations of the Russian Federation.
The following main areas of improving investment climate were discussed at the seminar: competitiveness of economic sectors.
