Preparation of the national project on promoting non-resource export is a topic for discussion these day in the "project workshops". These workshops are attended not only by heads of structural units of relevant ministries and departments, but also by entrepreneurs engaged in export activities. The Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan is represented by the head of the structural unit of NGO "Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" of the Export Support Center of the Republic of Tatarstan Ulyana Anufrieva.

 The following eights activity areas have been identified: industrial export policy, agricultural and food export policy, export policies in services, export regulation, financial and non-financial measures of support, international trade logistics, the EAGE and international barriers, as well as the national promotion system.

"Project workshop" is a work according to the project office format, business process in line with the international standards. It is about structuring management and improving management quality: this method is successfully used in business and allows you to make the work more productive.

Discussions in Moscow will last till June 22, and then the document will be submitted to the Government for consideration. The national project on promoting non-resource export is expected to have clear KPIs for all eight areas, tools for achieving these results, as well as people responsible for the timely implementation of every task.
