Representatives of business structures of the republic can submit proposals to develop recommendations on protecting children on the Internet

The Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia invites to participate in the discussion of the draft guidelines on the protection of children on the Internet. Representatives of public organizations, business structures and concerned network users can express their opinion and submit proposals. Methodological recommendations are developed to support companies in effective implementation of legislative requirements in the information security of children. Administrative measures of protection against information, which is harmful to the health of children, is displayed in the following sections: "Information exchange between users", "Information websites", "Internet services", "Search engines" and "Resource containing information prohibited for children". Every category is supplemented with recommendations developed based on specific features like a list of functions to be provided on the website or service, a set of practical measures to protect minor users from infringement and content.
