Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev was elected a member of the Board of Directors of Kazanorgsintez PJSC. The new composition of the Board was announced today at the annual General meeting of shareholders of Kazaorgsintez on the performance of 2017. The event was attended by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, representatives of ministries and departments of the republic.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that today Kazanorgsintez is one of the most modern and effective enterprises of the petrochemical industry of our country. It is in the TOP 5 leading budget-forming enterprises of the republic, one of the leaders of the Russian stock market in terms of the capitalization growth rate. According to him, thanks largely to such dynamically growing companies as Kazanorgsintez, the republic maintains positive economic growth rate. "In terms of the volume of mobilized domestic income, Tatarstan is on the 4th place among all Russian regions. Thanks to successes in the economy, the republic runs large-scale social programs aimed at improving the quality of life. We run 38 such programs today", - the President of Tatarstan said. As he noted, chemical and petrochemical industries will remain the main points of growth of the republic's economy. This is the priority of Strategy-2030". "In the reporting year the company has developed a new Gradual Development Program till 2025. We have no doubts that it will be successfully implemented", - Rustam Minnikhanov summarized.
