Issues of human resource management have been discussed at the strategic session in Naberezhnye Chelny

"Every citizen of the republic can submit an initiative to Strategy-2030". That's how the deputy minister of economy of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiev talked to the staff of petrochemical and automotive enterprises of Chelny. He reminded that this year the Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 would celebrate its 3rd anniversary. According to the law, the Strategy is subject to amendment every three years. Http://i.tatarstan2030.ru/ website and "Tatarstan-2030" mobile application have been developed and launched to submit new proposals to the Strategy.

In the framework of this event, the participants got acquainted with methods for submitting initiatives and shared their ideas. In particular, representatives of industrial companies suggested new approaches to professional training, ownership and retention of personnel. In their opinion, human resources management plays an important role in the development of both the enterprises and the republic as a whole. A number of other suggestions were raised by the participants in the work of independent working groups: "Attraction", "Localization", "Forecasting", "Program synchronization", "Infrastructure for quality of life".
