Note for entrepreneurs: Verified Business. The Internet resource launched in view of the opinions of small-size and medium businesses of Tatarstan
Approximately 300 model violations revealed by control and supervision authorities in the Republic (27 authorities) are reflected at the Verified Business Internet resource. It was developed in collaboration with entrepreneurs and Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan. The note for entrepreneurs was presented today by the Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev within the framework of the briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic. Prior to launching of the web-site, a series of meetings was held by us with entrepreneurs in all 45 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan. Approximately 5000 entrepreneurs took part in the meetings, and approximately 300 offers were received on what Verified Business should look like. All the offers were taken into account during development of the web-site, - Abdulganiev said.
Now, the Ministry of Economic Development of Tatarstan jointly with the Prosecutor's office is improving the functionality of the resource. A decision was made to develop Verified Business mobile application. First of all, this will enable self-check before visit to control authorities, and it will also be possible to include here all information on interaction with inspectors, including even photo and video materials. Third, the entrepreneur community will be involved in procedures of Assessment of the Regulatory Impact of Regulatory Legal Acts pertaining to investment and entrepreneurial activities, similar to regulation.gov.ru.
This tool will enable an open and equal dialog of entrepreneurs and authorities, and the results will enable reduces fines for entrepreneurs.
In our view, Verified Business is a good practice of the Republic of Tatarstan, which can be scaled at the federal level. Today, the resource is also on demand outside the Republic – approximately 2/3 of all visits of the site are from other regions of the country, - Minister Farid Abdulganiev mentioned.
