Innovative education environment. Tatarstan and Institute for Advancement of Economic Growth are willing to implement joint projects

Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and Institute for Advancement of Economic Growth Foundation (Rybakov Foundation) have signed an agreement on cooperation. This was announced at the Cabinet of Ministers during the briefing on the results of participation in the Saint-Petersburg Forum by the Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev. It is planned to implement joint measures, joint analysis of operations results and forming of long term development plans, including by way of implementation of publicly important projects and initiatives within the Republic of Tatarstan in following areas: Equal Opportunities, Reactum, Р2 and Ekvium, Competitive Programs. Besides, within the framework of the agreement, it is planned to establish and develop innovative education environment, that will promote following:

improvement of the information culture and computer literacy of the participants of the education process;

establishment of information and communication skills, development of divergent and convergent thinking of those participating in the educational process and extracurricular activities;

development of skills among teaching staff to use modern technologies and methods of education aimed at personalisation and flexibility of the educational process.

The above measures will enable development of the Russian society and economy, social and professional mobility of young experts and teams in the area of entrepreneurship, education, and in the social area.

 Background:

The Foundation develops and implements programs for entrepreneur community development and support of young talents in the area of economy and innovations.

Activities of the Foundation includes 3 areas: entrepreneurship, education, and development of non-profit organisations.

University teams were formed in Kazan at KGEU, KFU and KNOTU consisting of 118 members, which are preparing 34 student entrepreneurial projects (IT, energy sector, business quest, cafe, etc.).
