Washing machine factory in Naberezhnye Chelny. Farid Abdulganiev took part in the groundbreaking ceremony

Today, Minister of economy of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev, Mayor of Chelny Nail Magdeev and representatives of the Chinese delegation of Haier took part in the groundbreaking ceremony of a washing machine factory, the first phase of Haier Industrial Park of High Technologies and Innovations in Russia. The start-up of the factory is planned for 2019. Washing machines, produced in Naberezhnye Chelny, will be supplied not only to Russia, but also the CIS countries and Europe. 

Investments in a high-tech washing machine factory will total RUR 3.9 billion, the factory's area 29,000 m2.
