Using the Business Navigator information and analysis system, the people of Tatarstan will be able to find information about the market and competitive environment, the current consumption of goods and services, as well as go through the sets of approximate business plans. Https://navigator.smbn.ru website also contains information on the existing means of support for SMEs; on the availability and feasibility of using regional and municipal SME support infrastructure; on the non-state real estate offers and on the sale of a ready-made business; on the state and municipal property free from the rights of third parties.
The Navigator consists of the following main sections:
- "Business choice" (this section contains publications on the system functions aimed at calculation of the key indicators of a typical (approximate) business plan (summary of a business plan), as well as the formation of a typical (approximate) business plan with the possibility of saving it in various formats);
- "Means of support" (this section contains publications on the following means of support for SMEs: financial support; providing access to the procurement of the largest companies; information and marketing support; property support);
- "Real estate" (this section contains information on the commercial real estate sale/leasing market offers, including land and premises, as well as sale of a ready-made business, information on the state and municipal property intended for SMEs, information on the property of other owners. Information on the properties are presented in the form of respective layers on the Navigator map or in the form of a list);
- "Analytics" (this section contains analytical reports with the results of marketing studies conducted by the order of "SME Corporation" JSC, as well as the system functions designed to display and filter the peculiarities of consumption of various categories of goods or services);
- "Road services" (this section contains publications on the prospective sections of federal highways for construction of service area facilities and for the construction of multi-functional zones (based on the information provided by the Federal Road Agency), as well as the system functions allowing to identify each such object in the area and its characteristics);
- "Help" (this section contains help information on the Navigator and its functions, as well as instructions for working with the Navigator sections (including video instructions).
