KAMASTAL LLC is the first resident company of TOSER "Nijnekamsk"
Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted the first meeting of the Republican Commission for reviewing applications for concluding an agreement on operating in the territory of advanced social and economic development "Nijnekamsk". The meeting was chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin.
The meeting of the Commission was attended by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev. The application of KAMASTAL LLC to run a joint investment project "Production of pre-painted cold rolled steel products" in the territory of advanced social and economic development (hereinafter referred to as TOSER) "Nijnekamsk" was approved.
The total amount of investment is RUR 428.7 million. The amount of capital investment into the project by the resident of TOSER will equate to RUR 173.3 million (without VAT). Following the registration of the legal entity as a resident company of TOSER, the amount of capital investment will equate to RUR 170.2 million without VAT, including RUR 126 million (without VAT) in the first year. The investment project will be financed by own and borrowed funds. The added value of the investment project, created in 2018-2027, will amount to RUR 1,379.7 million.
During the project, it is planned to create at least 58 new jobs, while 27 new jobs will be created within a year following the registration of the company as a resident company of TOSER. Total number of new jobs will amount to 63.
In the nearest future, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Executive Committee of the Nijnekamsk Municipal Region and
KAMASTAL LLC will conclude an Agreement on Operating in TOSER "Nijnekamsk", and then the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstn will send information to the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia to include this company in the register of residents of TOSER in Russia.
KAMASTAL LLC will become the first resident of TOSER "Nijnekamsk".
