Based on the results of the first quarter of 2018, the Kamsko-Ustyinsky Region gained 10 positions in the rating of social and economic development of municipal entities. Statistics were prepared by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. Yutazinsky Region gained 7 positions. These changes resulted from a decline in registered unemployment rate, an increase in the total area of commissioned residential buildings and the tax and non-tax revenue growth rate.
Kazan and Almetyevsk, maintaining high level of socio-economic development, are still the rating leaders. Nijnekamsk is on the 3rd place.
Almetyevsky (RUR 1041.6 thousand), Nijnekamsky (RUR 473.2 thousand) and Elabuzhsky (RUR 379.8 thousand) Municipal Regions are marked by high level of volume of shipped products per capita. The average figure across the republic was RUR 159.76 thousand.
In 27 municipalities, the registered unemployment rate is lower than the average republican rate (0.62%). The lowest rate is registered in Laishevsky (0.19%), Aktanyshsky (0.26%) and Aksubayevsky (0.29%) Regions.
In the 1st quarter of 2018, the total residential housing construction per capita in the republic was 0.221 m2. The highest figures for residential housing construction are registered in Pestrechinsky (2.615 m2), Laishevsky (0.647 m2) and Vysokogorsky (0.571 m2) Regions.
