"Beginner and experienced ESC (export support center)". Experts from all over Russia will come to Kazan and exchange their experience of working with exporting enterprises
Preparation of business for participation in the exhibition, ways of effective organization of international business missions and popularization of export in the region. A number of round tables devoted to the issues of working with exporters were held today in Kazan. The training was attended by over 100 specialists from all regions of Russia. Among them, there were "experienced ESCs" - that successfully export products of small and medium-sized enterprises to foreign markets, and "beginners", that are just starting to do it.
"The main goal of this event is to share experience with colleagues, - the head of the project for development of regional system of export support of Russian Export Center JSC Natalia Minaeva noted.- It is important to provide the heads of these centers with an opportunity to get to know each other, receive new knowledge and apply it in practice". In this context, this year the format of the event was changed. According to organizers, if earlier such meeting were held in the format of presentations, speeches and discussions, this time the ""brainstorming" method was used. Participants worked in groups, analyzed situations, often occurring in the course of work, and ways of solving difficulties. The head of the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of Kabardino-Balkarian Republic and supervisor of export support programs Zalim Kaysinov believes that this format is very interesting and useful for participants. "In the round table we interact, communicate with those who work not for the first year and discover many new things. Since our center was opened only recently, it is important for us to gain experience in this field from our colleagues from other regions", - he noted.
Tomorrow, participants will also go through best practices. On the second day, they will offer proposals to develop this field of activity.
