Export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises are invited to take part in the seminar

Entrepreneurs of Tatarstan will study legal aspects of export activities within the framework of educational seminar. Event for export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises will be held on April 18, 10.00 AM in the Entrepreneur's House (Peterburjskaya Str. 28). It is organized by the Export Support Center of the Republic of Tatarstan of Non-Profit Organization Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The seminar will touch on the following issues:

- international normative legal acts for foreign trade activities,

- features of international private law relevant to the stages of inviting a foreign customer to a deal, approving and concluding a foreign trade contract with him;

- mechanism for pre-trial settlement of disputes and legal proceedings in foreign trade transactions;

- types of intellectual property, measures to protect them when accessing international markets and tools for financial support of foreign patenting.
