Minister of Economy of the UAE Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri is planning to attend KazanSummit
Today, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with the Minister of Economy of the UAE Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri in the 8th Annual Investment Forum in Dubai.
At the beginning of the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov thanked Sultan Al Mansouri for the invitation to the Forum and opportunity to install a stand of the Republic of Tatarstan, showing information on the region's investment potential. "The subject of meetings in Dubai is of special interest to us", - he noted: "We pay great attention to the sustainable development of the economy and attracting direct foreign investment. Our annual participation in the forum produces practical results of expanding cooperation with partners from the Emirates and other countries. This forum gives us valuable exhibition experience, including for the implementation of "Kazan-Expo" project. Tatarstan actively cooperates with business of the Emirates in attracting direct foreign investment, construction and logistics, shipbuilding, agriculture, tourism, development of Islamic finances and the Halal industry".
In his conversation with the Minister of Economy of the UAE Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Rustam Minnikhanov especially noted that: "The UAE is one of the most attractive partners to develop economic contacts. The governments and business circles of our countries make efforts to expand our cooperation in various fields. Tatarstan is ready to participate in these processes at the regional level. The Unites Arab Emirates is our leading partner in the region".
At the end of the meeting, the President of Tatarstan thanked the UAE's minister of economy for his desire to visit Kazan in a month: "Thank you for accepting my invitation and planning to attend the 10th International Economic Summit of Russia "KazanSummit" on May 10-12, 2018. We hope to see you in a month in Tatarstan and continue our dialog".
