Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan: Kazan, Almetyevsky and Tukayevsky Regions are leaders of the socio and economic development rating

Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of social and economic development of municipal regions and cities of the Republic of Tatarstan in January to February, 2018. Kazan (1st place), Almetyevsky (2nd place) and Tukayevsky municipal regions have taken the leading positions.

Drojjanovsky Region gained eight positions in the rating, Elabuzhsky Region gained 4 positions. These changes resulted from the decrease in the registered unemployment rate. Chistopol Municipal Region lost 4 positions. It resulted from an increase in the registered unemployment rate.

The average volume of supplied products across the republic amounted to RUR 104 thousand. Almetyevsky (RUR 744.18 thousand), Nijnekamsky (RUR 308.29 thousand) and Elabuzhsky (RUR 235.58 thousand) municipal regions have taken the leading positions among the municipal regions othe republic.

As of April 1, 2018, the registered unemployment rate in the republic was 0.64%. In 27 municipal formations this indicator is below the average republican rate. The lowest unemployment rate was registered in Laishevsky (0.13%),
Aktanyshsky (0.26%) and Aksubayevsky (0.34%) municipal regions.
