Social project: where to start and how to gather a team - these issues will be discussed in Yelabuga
How to organize a team of social projects, why people want to participate in social projects, how to attract them, and how to make their work comfortable and permanent. These issues will be discussed in Yelabuga at the seminar for representatives of non-profit organization on April 4. HEad of Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Union of Kind Hearts" Nadezhda Baydakova will be a moderator of the seminar on the "team management" and will share her own experience. Her movement of hospital clowns in Naberezhnye Chelny, inclusive theater with regular performances and tours, the annual urban festival "Suitcase of miracles" and many other social projects are rather popular. It should be noted that all projects of the "Union of Kind Heart" are not one off, but systematic.
