Tatarstan was included into the group of regions with a high degree of efficiency of the multipurpose centers

In the fourth quarter of 2017, the Republic of Tatarstan joined the group of regions with a high degree of efficiency of the operation of the multipurpose center network. Ratings are provided by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. The results were announced during the VII All Russian Seminar-Conference "The future multipurpose centers. Topical issues and solutions".  

Regions are assessed by a number of indicators, including: share of citizens that are able to receive state and municipal services according to the "one-stop-shop" principle; the number of services rendered to multipurpose centers from the mandatory list; compliance with the rules of organizing multipurpose centers; compliance with a unified corporate style and other indicators. The rating also takes into account the use of information and analytical system for monitoring the quality of state services "Your control" for the evaluation of services in the multipurpose center. The quarterly rating is a comprehensive assessment of activities of the executive authorities of the federal subjects of the Russian Federation on the creation and development of a network of centers "My documents" (MPC). It demonstrates the fulfillment of methodological recommendations and legislative requirements governing the activities of the MPC.
