Tatarstan was the first in Russia to start training professional strategists

The first in Russia program for professional retraining of state and municipal officials of the Republic of Tatarstan "Strategic development of territories" was launched on the basis of the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of the Kazan (Volga) Federal University. 30 state and municipal officials from different regions of the republics started training. The program was approved by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnihanov and consists of 500 academic hours.

The program will allow to prepare highly qualified specialists in territorial development and strategizing, prepared for development and implementation of strategies, programs and projects, as well as to improve the skill level of state and municipal officials of the Republic of Tatarstan.
