Application for voting not at the place of registration can be submitted at the multipurpose centers

12 March 2018, Monday

Today, all branches of the multipurpose centers ("My documents"), as well as additional offices of the multipurpose centers in rural settlements with population of over 1 thousand people, accept applications for voting at the place of location. The information concerns citizens of the Russian Federation, who on the day of election of the President of Russia on March 18, 2018, will not be at the place of registration. In this case, it is possible to vote at any polling station.

Special receive windows were set up at all multipurpose centers to provide this service. Specialists will help you to file a request, as well as to determine the number and address of the most suitable polling station depending on the voter's location on the voting day.

Request is submitted by the voter personally upon presentation of a passport, and the request is accepted only once.

You also can submit a request to the election commission (to the precinct election commission - not later than five days prior to the voting day; to the territorial election commission - not later than five days prior to the voting day) via Single portal of state and municipal services https://www.gosuslugi.ru/ (not later than 24 hours according to Moscow time 5 days prior to the voting day). After the terms specified, 4 days in advance (starting from Tuesday) and not later than 14.00 o'clock on the eve of the voting day, you can only file a special request in the precinct election commission at the place of registration.
