Openness, motivation, willingness to share best practices, ethical principles in decision-making, implementation of the continuity policy is an incomplete list of characteristics that a modern government official should have, according to participants in the discussion "Official 2.0 - Mentoring in Civil Service", held at the All-Russia Forum "Mentor" on February 13th.
"Any manager wants that after his discharge there remains a team that shares his goals and values, so that there is no drastic change in course. I'm a big supporter of continuity," Sergey Morozov, the governor of Ulyanovsk region, shared his position.
He introduced the head of the youth government of his region and said that he was preparing a shift today, in order to bring young people of the "official 2.0" format to the administration of the region.
