Attention of citizens who have benefited from the services of state bodies and centers of state and municipal services "My Documents" (MFC)

In order to improve the order of provision of state services by the federal bodies of state power, as well as to obtain a feedback since  2013 there is a permanent monitoring of services quality through the system "Your control" created by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

Citizens who have received a service from a federal authority, including by applying to the MFC, are able to assess the quality of the service by choosing the most convenient way to:

-to participate in a free text survey from the official short number "0919";

-through the information and analysis system "Your control" vashkontrol.ru;

-through the official website of MFC mfc16.tatarstan.ru;

-through the Infomats "Electronic government" installed in MFC and in the authorities of the Republic.

It is possible to evaluate the services of Rosreestr, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Tax Service, Pension Fund, Fund of social insurance, Federal Bailiff service, Russian Federal Consumer Rights Protection and Human Health Control Service, Rosimushestvo, including services, received in the MFC.
