The companies LLC "Naberezhnochelninsky Pipe Plant" and LLC "Ecoregion" have been granted the residency status of Priority Social and Economic Development (PSEDA) Area "Naberezhnye Chelny"

The companies  LLC Naberezhochelninskiy Pipe Plant and LLC Ecoregion have been introduced by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation into the register of residents of the priority social and economic development territories, established in the territories of the single-industry municipalities of the Russian Federation (single industry cities) and became the 12th and 13th residents of the Priority Social and Economic Development Area (hereinafter- PSEDA), of Naberezhnye Chelny respectively.

For PSEDA residents the following is provided:

- reduced profit tax rate

- exemption from payment of tax for the companies' property,

- exemption from the payment of land tax,

-lower insurance premium rates.

The benefit shall be extended for a period of 10 years from the date of receipt of the resident status of Priority Social and Economic Development Area and is applied to residents who have been awarded such status not later than three years after the establishment of the Priority Social and Economic Development Area.
