The provision of public services should be fast and simple

On the conference of informational communication technologies "ICT in state sector: on the way to digital society', which took place on September 28, 2017, the issues of gradual transition of the state to a centralized system of information resources on the basis of the cloud-based model were discussed. The speakers noted that the increasing attention was paid to the security of state systems and the development of public services for citizens.

In his statement, the Acting Director of the Department of Public Administration of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Pavel Malkov, noted that significant progress had been made in recent years in the area of development and improving state services and outlined the tasks and prospects for the near future.
