The rating of social and economic development of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-August 2017 has been prepared

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of socio-economic development of the municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-August 2017.

In the overall ranking for January-August 2017 the leading positions were occupied by Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsk (2 place) and Nizhnekamsk (3 place) municipal districts.

For January-August 2017 the greatest changes in ranking were achieved by Kamsko Ustyinskiy (+ 4 points) and Aksubayevsk (+3 points) municipal regions. These changes are conditioned by the increase of the total area of residential buildings, that have been put into operation, a decrease in the level of registered unemployment, etc.

The situation aggravated in the ranking of Muslyumovsk (-5 points) and Atninskiy (-3 points) municipal districts. The data of deterioration are conditioned by a decrease of the total area of living buildings, launched into operationthe amount of the added value, increase of the level of registered unemployment and etc.

Per capita the volume of shipped products in average amounted to 361,57 thousand RUB, among the municipalities of the Republic the highest results for this indicator were reached by Al'met'evskiy (2121,47 thousand RUB), Nizhnekamsk (1129,62 thousand RUB) and Elabuga
(836,73 thousand RUB) municipalities.

As of September 1, 2017 year the level of registered unemployment in the Republic amounted to  0.62%. In 26 municipalities, this indicator was below the average Republican values. The lowest unemployment rate was registered in Laishevo (0.22%), Aktanysh (0,24%) and Kamsko-Ustyinskiy (0.35%) municipal areas. The largest is in Yutazinsk (1.75%), Bavlinskiy (1.19%), Yelabuga and Sabinskiy (1.04%) municipal areas.

In January-March of 2017 in the Republic of Tatarstan it was commissioned 0,384 sq meters of total housing area per capita. The largest housing area per capita was launched  in Pestrechinskiy (3,898 sq meters), Laishevo (1, 925 square metres) and Verkhneuslonskiy (0.498 square metres) municipal areas.
