The amendments to the draft of Federal Law No. 210-FZ dd. July 27, 2010 “On the organization of provision of state and municipal services” has been prepared

The draft of the Federal Law "On amending the Federal Law "On arrangement of provision of state and municipal services" has been introduced to the State Duma by the Direction of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 980-р dd. May 23, 2017.

The draft bill assumed that the applicants will be given the opportunity at their own choice to submit documents and receive the results of state services in any subdivision of the federal body of executive power authority of the state non-budgetary fund or in a multifunctional center within the Russian Federation regardless of place of residence or place of stay.

The amendments of the Government of the Russian Federation to the draft bill are posted on the Government's website on September 13, 2017. According to these amendments, prepared by the Ministry of communications of Russia, it is suggested to provide legal entities with a possibility to obtain state services in accordance with the mechanism, established by the bill, by analogy with physical persons, as well as the authorities of the Government of the Russian Federation for determination of terms of transfer to provision of state services according to the extraterritorial principle.

In general, the draft federal law is directed at improving the availability of state services, reducing the material and temporal costs of citizens.

The bill was adopted in its first reading on July 20, 2017. The date of the second reading has not yet been determined.
