The All Russia forum of state and municipal services centres is being held in the Kaliningrad Region

The All Russia forum of centers of state and municipal services is being held from September 14 to 15, 2017 in the Kaliningrad Region by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

The forum was attended by representatives of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Office of the Government of the Russian Federation, federal executive authorities, deputy heads of the highest executive bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation, the heads of the Multi-Functional Center for provision of state and municipal services (MFC). Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Airat Shamsiev and Director of  state-financed institution "MFC in the Republic of Tatarstan", Lenara Muzafarova takes part in the forum on the part of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The forum has been organized to share experience in the provision of state and municipal services by the principle "one window" in offices "My Documents" (MFC). The agenda of the forum includes consideration of the issues of organization of MFC activities, problems of cooperation with federal, regional executive authorities, local governments and state extra budgetary funds.

The forum presents the best practices of provision of state and municipal services in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the plenary meetings and discussion sessions are being held, which have become the platform for the exchange of experience of professionals, providing state and municipal services.
