"The most important condition for further innovative development of the republic is the commercialization of the results of intellectual activity", - Farid Abdulganiev said at the meeting with colleagues from other regions. It should be reminded that the delegation from Tatarstan takes an active part in the St. Petersburg Economic Forum.

Additional RUR 805.3 million were allocated from the federal budget for subsidizing credit institutions. The funds will be used for reimbursement of lost income on loans issued at a preferential rate to small and medium-sized enterprises for the implementation of projects in priority sectors. The initial amount of budgetary allocations for 2018 was determined as RUR 635.5 million. Now the total amount is RUR 1440.8 million. It should be reminded that the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has prepared a program for providing subsidies from the federal budget for reimbursement of lost income on loans issued at a preferential rate to small and medium-sized enterprises for the implementation of projects in priority sectors.

 "One of the key tasks of the economy of Tatarstan is to develop a high-tech sector that can become a basis for import substitution and form long-term sources of economic growth in the republic", - the Minister of Economy of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev noted at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum today. He stressed that the Republic of Tatarstan was consistently following the path of innovative development implementing high technologies.

Applications for the "Impulse of Good" award, given for contribution to the development and promotion of social entrepreneurship in Russia, are being accepted. The awarding ceremony will be held in Moscow on October 4, 2018.

The "Impulse of Good" award, established by the Foundation for Regional Social Programs "Out Future", is one of the most important events for the Russian social entrepreneurship. Annually, the award recognizes contribution made by ordinary entrepreneurs, large business, representatives of non-profit sector, educational institutions, mass media, representatives of federal and regional authorities to the development of social business.

Tatarstan took the 4th place in the rating of socio-economic conditions of subjects of the Russian Federation (2016 - the 5th place). The first three positions are taken by Moscow, St. Petersburg, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra.

Today, the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania Aleta Tsorieva studied the experience of the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan. The First Deputy Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Sibgatullin explained to his colleague the main activity areas of the ministry and subordinate institutions.

The micro-loan portfolio of the Non-profit micro-loan company Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan exceeded RUR 730 million. 25 micro-loans for RUR 57.3 million have been issued so far this year.
