The President instructed the Government and the Bank of Russia to develop a unified systematic approach to countering fraudulent activities committed using modern technologies.

On March 27, 2025, at the IX Annual International Exchange Commodity Market Forum, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between St. Petersburg Stock Exchange JSC and AS SALAM consumerist society. The parties plan to develop cooperation in the field of partner financing in order to create exchange-traded and financial instruments that comply with Russian legislation, including laws on exchange trading and clearing.

Applications for the Student Startup competition within the framework of the Technologies federal project have been accepted. The operator of the competition is the Foundation for the Promotion of Innovation. Over the three years of the project's implementation, 4,500 startups were selected. More than 700 students became winners in Tatarstan.

A pilot project "Your Business" has been launched in Tatarstan, during which participants of a special military operation and their family members will undergo a set of programs on the basics of entrepreneurship during the week. The program is implemented by United Russia, Opora Russia and the SME Corporation with the support of regional authorities.

On March 25, the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a round table on the topic: "On measures to support innovative entrepreneurship." The event was organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As part of the ongoing experiment on the development of partner (Islamic) financing in Russia, a long-term digital mudaraba transaction with a conditionally fixed income was successfully implemented on the STATUS-INVEST investment platform.
