The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan has completed training on the implementation of the "End-to-end Investment Flow" project
The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a strategic session dedicated to the implementation of the End-to-End Investment Flow project, which is being implemented in cooperation with Rosatom State Corporation with the participation of Natalia Dubrovskaya, Project Manager of PSR JSC of Rosatom State Corporation.
In order to improve the process of connecting investment facilities to the engineering infrastructure of the Republic of Tatarstan, a Single Approval Cabinet was created on the application platform "State and Municipal Services". This became possible due to the approval of the relevant Provision by Resolution No. 558 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated July 15, 2024.
The unified approval cabinet solves the tasks of unifying and reducing the time required to connect facilities to utility networks by implementing the "one window" concept. Within the framework of electronic interaction, the following procedures are envisaged: issuing technical specifications for connecting capital construction facilities to engineering networks, exchanging information about existing and projected networks and infrastructure, coordinating the route design and engineering topographic plan, coordinating topographic surveys, and other important processes.
Republican executive authorities, executive committees of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan and various resource supply organizations are involved in the Unified Cabinet of Approvals. This will significantly speed up and simplify the connection procedure, increasing the attractiveness of the investment climate in the region.
