The resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 823 of 31.10.2013 approved a state program of the Republic of Tatarstan "Economic development and innovative economy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020". The program purpose – creating favorable conditions for harmonious development of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and ensuring growth of a standard of living of the population of the Republic of Tatarstan. Actions of the program are directed on increase of efficiency of public administration, creation of conditions for development of innovative activity and industrial production, creation of conditions for effective functioning and development of small and average business as most important component of formation of innovative economy, and also increase in its contribution to the solution of problems of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan total meeting of a contest committee on granting on a competitive basis of subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2013 to socially focused non-profit organizations on November 7, 2013 took place. As the chairman of meeting the chairman of Civic chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Anatoly Fomin acted. At meeting the minimum value of a rating of applications for participation in competitive selection at which the participant who has presented it admits the winner was established, and also the list of winners of competitive selection is approved.

Dear businessmen who are carrying out activity on preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous, non-ferrous metals on the basis of the license obtained in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan! On November 7-8, 2013 in Bavly passes the Forum of youth of the Bavly municipal area. Representatives of executive committee of municipality, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, the enterprises of the city, enterprise community of the republic, youth leaders and activists take part in work of the Forum. On November 7 within the Forum plenary session at which questions of realization of youth policy in the territory of the area, the measures realized by the management of municipality, and also experience of the enterprises of the city were discussed took place. Besides, the round table on the subject "Possibilities of Investment for Tourism Development in the Bavly Municipal Area" is organized. Within work of a round table the decision on creation of initiative group for study of questions of creation of tourist routes in the Bavly municipal area and the organization of their functioning was made.

Today within the International forum "The intellectual property and economy of regions of Russia" passes in the Kazan state power university panel discussion "Intellectual property of higher education institution: creation, transfer, use at the enterprise". This action is devoted to discussion of questions of development and stimulation of innovative activity of higher educational institutions, uses of exclusive rights to objects of intellectual property as intangible assets at the enterprises and in higher education institutions, license trade.

On November 8, 2013 in IT park passes a seminar practical work "Development of corporate programs of innovative development of the enterprises". This seminar is organized by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and State Unitary Enterprise RT Tatarstansky TSNTI within implementation of the "Development of the Market of Intellectual Property in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013-2020" program. The seminar is devoted to studying of experience of the largest Russian and republican enterprises in development of programs of innovative development and carrying out technological audit of intellectual property of the enterprise.

Today within the International forum "The intellectual property and economy of regions of Russia" passes in the Kazan (Volga) federal university the International scientific and practical conference "Management of Intellectual Property as Factor of Increase of Efficiency of Development of the Organizations". At conference questions of regional policy in the sphere of creation and management of intellectual property, introductions in economic circulation of objects in the sphere of intellectual property, and also questions of legal regulation of the relations in this sphere will be taken up. Leading experts of the Russian state academy of intellectual property, Skolkovo Foundation, the Rostov state economic university, the Center of intellectual property of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) take part in work of conference, etc.

From November 6 to November 8, 2013 passes visit of delegation of Perm Krai to the Republic of Tatarstan. On November 7 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting with the representative of the Ministry of the industry, business and trade of Perm Krai in Mikhail Nemytov took place. The meeting was held by the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev. The deputy head of State Budgetary Institution TsESI RT pri KM RT Oleg Mironov also took part in it. Within a meeting practice of work in Tatarstan was discussed with the organizations on which bankruptcy procedure, questions of interaction of various bodies and departments within increase of efficiency of procedures of bankruptcy and control of activity of arbitration managing directors in the Republic of Tatarstan is entered. Besides, the representative of delegation acquainted with work carried out in the republic on monitoring and the analysis of financial and economic activity of the enterprises.

On November 7, 2013 in Republican agency on the press and mass communications the press conference devoted to summing up work for 2013 on prevention of corruption in the Republic of Tatarstan in the sphere of business took place. The Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on protection of the rights of businessmen Timur Nagumanov, the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a press conference – the head of the department of support of business Rustem Sibgatullin managing organizational department of Management of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning anti-corruption policy Alexey Pankratov and the member of council at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on counteraction to corruption, the director general of JSC PKF Maydan Maria Gorshunova.

On November 7 and 8, 2013 in Kazan the International forum "Intellectual property and economy of regions of Russia" is held. Holding the international Forum is provided by the long-term target program "Development of the Market of Intellectual Property in the Republic of Tatarstan" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 15.01.2013 by No. 11. Events of the Forum have the directed educational character, provide a wide exchange of opinions of experts in the sphere of intellectual property and include holding seminars, the panel discussions devoted to policy in the field of intellectual property and an assessment of intellectual property at universities and at the enterprises, to studying of questions of a transfer of technologies, development of corporate programs of innovative development.
