From November 12 to November 23, 2013 within the program of development of youth business in the Republic of Tatarstan carrying out business camps for young businessmen and the youth, planning to open own business is planned. Business camp will pass according to the following schedule: On November 12-14 – to Naberezhnye Chelny, on November 15-17 – in the Aktanyshsky municipal area, on November 18-20 – in the Nurlatsky area, on November 21-23 – in the Drozhzhanovsky area of the republic. The program of business camp includes trainings on the most topical issues of conducting business activity (since formation of business idea and development of business plans, registration and enterprise opening to measures of the state support of business in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan), administrative duels, etc.

Subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan of the export support Center develops the catalog "Export goods of the Republic of Tatarstan. Small and medium business". This Catalogue will contain information on the Tatarstan manufacturing enterprises occupied in the sphere of production of food, light industry, in the sphere of national art crafts, in the sphere of agriculture, autocomponents, instrument making, chemistry, petrochemistry, medicine, etc. and making production intended for export. The catalog will allow to present production of the Tatarstan producers to foreign partners, and also to take the correspondence part in foreign exhibition and fair actions.

On November 7-8, 2013 in Chistopol the next zone conference on problems of the youth business, held within the program of development of youth business in the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

Action turned on 2 blocks – educational and practical. Within conference participants gained basic knowledge about business (the legislation, requirements, etc.), for business, the business projects on the offered templates and algorithms tried to make information on obtaining skills, and also to protect them.

On November 9-10 conference took place in Almetyevsk, on November 11-12 passes in Naberezhnye Chelny.

Within implementation of the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 06.09.2013 No. 642 "About the statement of the Order of coordination and making decision on granting the investment tax credit in the Republic of Tatarstan" began work on introduction in practice of a procedure for granting of the investment tax credit. So, between the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and Office of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan the Agreement on information exchange is concluded when granting the investment tax credit to the organizations which are carrying out the economic activity in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On November 10 Buryatia delegation led by Chairman of Buryatia Government Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn, which arrived in Kazan with a two-day visit, was met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Aide to Tatarstan President Radik Gimatdinov at Kazan international airport.

Upon arrival guests visited 1A terminal and were told about work of railway line for intermodal transportations.

On November 11 the delegation will visit IT park and take part in business forum where economic potential of Tatarstan and Buryatia will be presented. Members of the delegation will also visit Kazan Federal University, Aquatics Palace and new football stadium “Kazan-Arena”.

Besides, a meeting of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with Chairman of Buryatia Government Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn will be held at Kazan Kremlin. An agreement on cooperation is to be signed at the meeting.

The guests will also visit Kazan helicopters plant, Himgrad technopolis, and Agro-industrial park.

Buryatia delegation will stay in Tatarstan till November 12.

The Minutes of the Contest committee on formation of the list of socially focused non-profit organizations – winners of competitive selection of socially focused non-profit organizations on the right of receiving subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2013 of November 7, 2013 No. 4 are signed. The protocol approved the list of socially focused non-profit organizations – winners of competition and the sizes of subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan. Applications for participation in competition were accepted by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan from September 10 to October 14, 2013.

On November 8, 2013 in the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan with the assistance of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Center of energy saving technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on a question of implementation of the long-term target program "Labour Productivity Increase at the Enterprises of Machine-building and Petrochemical Complexes of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013-2016" took place. Within meeting questions of implementation of projects on labor productivity increase at the pilot enterprises of JSC Alnas and JSC Chemical Plant of L. Ya. Karpov, and also plans for realization of actions for increase of operational efficiency for 2014 were discussed. During meeting drafts of the normative legal documents directed on further implementation of the Program of increase of labor productivity at the enterprises of machine-building and petrochemical complexes of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013-2016 also were considered.

On November 8, 2013 within the International forum "Intellectual property and economy of regions of Russia" on a platform IT Park - Kazan with support of Association of innovative regions of Russia and the Tatarstan center of scientific and technical information (CSTI) is held by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Strategic session on a subject: "Creation and ensuring activity of the regional centers of engineering of the Republic of Tatarstan". With welcome speech the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan addressed to participants of session – the head of the department of support of business Rustem Sibgatullin. The chairman of branch office on engineering of "Business Russia" Kirillova Natalya, the director of Cambridge Technology Innovations Ltd Mikhail Lukin, the president of consortium DRIK, the representative of AIRR in Germany Vladimir Kovalyov, the director of Technostart GmbH firm Karl-Heynts Klinger and other representatives of the engineering companies of Germany took part in action.
