On November 26, 2013  held a meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of April 22, 2011 № 13 -LRT " On approval of the Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011-2015 years ", prepared by the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan jointly with ministries and departments . The bill was drafted on the basis of analysis of the results of the Program of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2011-2013  and the dynamics of changes in the institutional environment of the country. The draft law included 26 new activities, the implementation of which is aimed at addressing systemic issues of importance to all sectors of the economy and social sphere.

Subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan export Support Center invites export-oriented entrepreneurs to take part in a master class  «Business English», which will be held in Kazan on December 13, 2013. The representative of the Republic of Tatarstan Export Corporation Dr. Kevin M. Forbes invited as an expert of the event .

On November 22, 2013 in the House of the Government of the Russian Federation the meeting under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov concerning an expert assessment of readiness for introduction of contract system, including in subjects of the Russian Federation took place. By representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan on this action it was noted that for implementation of the Federal law of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" in the Republic of Tatarstan are accepted: 1 . Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 10.08.2013 No. 562 2 . Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 06.09.2013 No. 638

At Tatneft's Board meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov, President of Tatarstan and Tatneft's Board Chairman, stated that Takhautdinov has written his own chapter of the republic's oil extraction history.

The President has pointed out that it is vital to provide continuity and course stability for the company, as oil development is the basis of republic's economy.

Nail Maganov, acting CEO, assured that he will do everything to retain the company's course.

Also, according to Tatarstan President's press service, Takhautdinov will keep his place in Tataneft's Board as a Councilor to the Chairman. Minnikhanov pointed out that Tatneft has become one of the leading companies in Russia and the foremost company of Tatarstan under Takhautdinov.

On November 25, speaking at a session of educational project “Civil University-Idel” Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that development of small and medium-size business, formation of middle class of entrepreneurial, self-reliant people is one of the most important tasks for Tatarstan leadership.

“Civil University-Idel” project is being implemented under federal party project “Civil University” aimed at improvement of professional level of political and public figures. The project was launched in March 2013 at Higher school of public and municipal administration of Kazan Federal University. Participants of the programme will get certificates when the programme finishes.

The 3d session of the project “Civil University-Idel” under educational programme “Theory and practice of modern political process development” is held in Almetievsk on November 22-25. About 100 representatives of party activists and public organisations from different Tatarstan regions are taking part in the event.

Within three days participants of the programme will attend courses held by regional and federal experts dedicated to urgent problems of social-economic and socio-political life of the country.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan publishes the list of points of preparation and processing of scrap and waste of the non-ferrous and ferrous metals which are carrying out the activity on the basis of the corresponding license, in a section of municipal areas. The detailed register of licenses is published on the ministry website in the section "Licensing of Preparation of Scrap of Non-ferrous and Ferrous Metals". On November 22, 2013 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the Commission on consideration of the questions arising in the course of implementation of small and average business business projects, got the state support took place. During meeting of the commission addresses of 16 businessmen who have got support within actions, realized in 2011-2012 were considered. The commission minutes will be published in the next few days on the website of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In pursuance of the Protocol of October 28, 2013 of meeting of the Round table on the question "Expansion of Use of Republican Chemical and Petrochemical Production in Capital Construction" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with State Unitary Enterprise Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan provides training of representatives of the construction, chemical and petrochemical companies on work in the electronic trade resource "Exchange Platform". Training is provided weekly on Thursdays at 11:00 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan to the address Kazan, Moskovskaya St., 55 (4 floor, the assembly hall).

We remind that reception of competitive demands on action "Granting subsidies for development of system of crediting to agricultural consumer cooperatives of the Republic of Tatarstan" comes to the end on November 30, 2013.

On November 22, 2013 meeting of Coordination council on compensation, the income and a population standard of living took place at the Republican tripartite commission on regulation of the social and labor relations (Koorsovet) which coordinator is the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov. Koorsovet's meeting was held by the first deputy minister of work, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Chasanoff. From the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan part in meeting was taken by the head of development of branches of the social sphere, the member of Koorsovet Natalya Prozorova.
