Implementation of the republican target program "About Support of Socially Focused Non-profit Organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2011 - 2013" came to the end. Results and the new areas of work on support of socially focused non-profit organizations are considered on December 2, 2013 at the II Republican forum of COHKO in which work the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part. The director of the department of innovative development of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Artem Shadrin who noted also took part in plenary session that Tatarstan treats regions with the developed system of non-profit organizations and enters the five of leading regions on this indicator.

On January 13, 2014 representatives subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Center of business support visited the Youth innovative center "Energiya" on the basis of the Kazan state power university. Staff of the center got acquainted with young and talented developers of innovative ideas for discussion of possibility of further cooperation. Despite an examinations heat in "Energy" successful students of 1,3-5 courses worked. Keen interest of participants of a meeting was caused by presentation of an operating experimental control system of heating in "Energy" rooms with use of the equipment of the Siemens company.

Representatives subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan y Center of business support (representation in the Aktanyshsky area) in New Year's vacation spent a family holiday for businessmen. For children of businessmen the festive fir-tree with gifts from sponsors (from shop of goods for children and auto repair shop) was organized, then children watched the animated film in a cinema hall. Staff of the Center of business support took care not only of children, but also of businessmen. Among fathers passed competition on the best billiards player, among mothers – on the best performer of a song.

For reduction in compliance with the federal target program "Strengthening of unity of the Russian nation and ethnocultural development of the people of Russia (2014-2020) instead of earlier approved state program "Realization of the state national policy in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2016" (resolution of 09.10.2013 No. 742) the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 18.12.2013 No. 1006 is approved new edition of a state program "Realization of the state national policy in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020". The term of implementation of the Program is prolonged by this resolution till 2020. The total amount of financing of the Program for 2014 - 2020 will make.

On January 14, 2014 the next meeting of the working group of the Commission took place at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of target indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation, defined by the President of the Russian Federation. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 25, 2013 No. 2516-r approved the Concept of development of procedures for granting of the state and municipal services in electronic form. The document is developed by the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation in pursuance of decisions following the results of meetings of the Governmental commission on use of information technologies for improvement of quality of life and conducting business activity of September 19 and of November 7, 2013. Main objectives, the principles and activities are determined the approved concept by further development of procedures for granting of the state and municipal services in electronic form for the period till 2016, and also organizational model of management by this activity.

In the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on a question of development of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster took place. The meeting was held by the deputy minister Marat Sharifullin with the assistance of representatives of the interested ministries of the republic and the largest participating enterprises of a cluster – JSC KAMAZ, JSC Tatneft, JSC TAIF, JSC Nizhekamskneftekhim, JSC Ammony.

Today in Agency of strategic initiatives (Moscow) the next meeting of the working group on "road map" monitoring "Development of the competition and improvement of an antimonopoly policy" will take place. Key question of the agenda – discussion of new edition of the Standard of Development of the Competition project in subjects of the Russian Federation. The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared and sent offers from Tatarstan to the draft of this Standard.
