Subordinated to the ministry the export support Center invites export focused enterprises of Tatarstan to an educational seminar on a subject: "The organization of foreign economic activity at the enterprise (the general administrative aspects)" which will take place on February 7, 2014. As the expert of this seminar the head of the Center of the external economic technologies, the specialist in the foreign trade operations, the master of law Evgenia Veklicheva (Yekaterinburg) is invited.

The representation of business support Center in Arsk subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in a webinar on a subject: "Government purchases: new 44-FZ about federal contract system, transition to new rules of the game". The webinar was organized by the International institute of management for associations of businessmen of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

Following the results of annual competition of the sites which are a part of the State information system "Official Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan", the site of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan received the first place in the nomination "The Best Site of Executive Authority of the Republic of Tatarstan" following the results of 2013. Competition is held for the purpose of definition of an assessment of efficiency, completeness and availability of information on activity of government bodies, local governments in the Republic of Tatarstan, the organizations subordinated to them, published on the websites which are a part of GIS "Official Portal of the Republic of Tatarstan".

For rendering methodical support to customers of the Republic of Tatarstan State Unitary Enterprise Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan developed Yardem system ("Help") and offers customers free of charge complex service in performance of procurement procedures: - designing of necessary documents; - documentation placement on the official site of zakupki.gov.ru; - preparation of answers and explanations for participants; - preparation of drafts of Protocols, and also other procedural actions on carrying out purchases.

Joint activity of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and State Unitary Enterprise Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan interested colleagues in the sphere of development of the competition of purchases from the Autonomous Republic Crimea. The delegation of the Government of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of Council of ministers Aziz Abdullaev, visited Tatarstan for the purpose of an exchange of experience in the sphere of the organization of purchasing activity. Introduction of the system of protection of the competition developed State Unitary Enterprise Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan – instruments of increase of the competition from use of electronic ways of purchase (zakazfr.ru, 223.zakazrf.ru, tattis.ru) became the main question of discussion.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of social and economic development of municipal areas and the city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-December, 2013. In the general rating for January-December, 2013 leading positions were taken Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsk (the 2nd place) and Laishevsky (the 3rd place) by areas. For 2013 of the greatest change of a place in a rating Aznakayevsky and Atninsky (+7 positions) municipal areas achieved Mendeleevsky, Tyulyachinsky (+8 positions). These changes are caused by improvement of a number of indicators: decrease in level of the registered unemployment, increase in growth rates of gross output of agriculture and the tax and non-tax income.

On January 29, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov took part in the next meeting of the working group of the Commission at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of target indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation, defined by the President of the Russian Federation. At meeting the following questions concerning a state policy in education and science were considered: – development of mathematical education, additional education; – support of the pedagogical workers working with children from socially dysfunctional families; – development of leading universities and increase of their competitiveness among the leading world scientific and educational centers; – regulation of the price of services in supervision and care of the child in the non-state preschool educational organizations; – modernization of regional system of preschool education.

On January 28 Presidential Envoy in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich presented state awards of the Russian Federation to specialists of ministries, departments and enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

The awarding ceremony took place in Kazan City Hall with participation of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation Maksim Sokolov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin, and FISU representatives. 

To the point, state awards have been awarded in accordance with the Decree of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin by results of 27th World Summer Universiade 2013. 

Speaking at the ceremony, Mikhail Babich stated that Summer Universiade 2013 has become the largest international event in Russia. All Kazan citizens, Tatarstan leadership, representatives of ministries and departments made a considerable contribution to holding the Universiade, he noted. 

On January 28, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the Minister of Economics Midkhat Shagiakhmetov with the head of JSC Aldan (Yekaterinburg) Malik Gaysin concerning implementation of the investment project in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. The company is engaged in production and supply of equipment for production and transportation of hydrocarbons. The unique development applied in production, allows to increase service life of the equipment of the Aldan project before the first repair in comparison with the unprotected equipment by 7 times.

Results for 2013 of sociological poll of the enterprises which are carrying out preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous, non-ferrous metals are received. Survey is conducted by Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on social and economic monitoring in 2013. The comparative analysis with results of poll in 2012 is also provided.
