According to an order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in Yelabuga the meeting of the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the department of support of business Rustem Sibgatullin with labor collective Elabuzhsky vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise on which activity of trade-union bodies of the organization was discussed took place, questions of prospects of work of collective were brought up.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan updated the Republican register of socially focused non-profit organizations – recipients of support. For the beginning of 2014 the Republican register of socially focused non-profit organizations – recipients of support contains data on 386 organizations – recipients of support at municipal and republican levels which during 2010-2013 were given financial help for total amount of 472,8 million rubles, from them during 2013 executive authorities gave financial help for the sum of 157,2 million rubles, by local governments – 8,5 million rubles.

In a conference hall of Management of Federal Treasury across the Republic of Tatarstan the seminar for representatives of federal budgetary institutions with participation of the deputy director general State Unitary Enterprise Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan of Vladimir Aksenov and the head of legal services Alsou Gataullina took place.

Video records of carrying out panel discussion "Tatarstan in the global world: creating the future" which took place on January 16, 2014 within the Gaidar forum "Russia and the world: sustainable development" are published. This Forum will be organized by Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration together with Institute of economic policy of E. T. Gaidar. We will remind that panel discussion of the Republic of Tatarstan was carried out within development of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 for formation in multilateral dialogue of interested parties of the conceptual document describing vision of the future of the Republic of Tatarstan as globally competitive prospering region, and fixing the main directions of actions on realization of the planned.

Developers of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 organized work of the site devoted to implementation of the project – http://tatarstan2030.ru.

Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 (Strategy 2030) is developed at the request of the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov by consortium led by JSC International Center of Social and Economic Researches Leontyevsky center (with the assistance of the investment and consulting company AV Group, JSC Gradoplanirovaniye Laboratory, the Independent center of the sociological researches, Independent institute of social policy, the auditor and consulting company Ernst & Young, Nomur's Research institute) together with the Government of Tatarstan.

On February 6 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the second round of All-Russia programme on development and support of technological entrepreneurship, the road show of development institutes Russian Startup Tour at high technology park IT park. 

The event was organized by Skolkovo Fund, Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, Russian Venture Company, ROSNANO, Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication and Ministry of Economy. 

Deputy Minister of Communication and Mass Media Mark Shmulevich, Deputy Minister of Finance Andrey Ivanov, Advisor to the President of Skolkovo Foundation Pekka Viljakainen, Board Chairman of Skolkovo Foundation Andrey Burenin took part in the event. 

Kazan round of Russian Startup Tour is a part of programme that is held on January 20 – April 27 in 27 Russian cities. The progamme is aimed at finding prospective high-tech projects, give impetus to development of innovative entrepreneurship activity in regions, help young specialists to develop strategies for implementation of their projects.

Last week according to an order of the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov the Ministry of Economyof the Republic of Tatarstan organized a seminar meeting concerning development of subjects of small and average business which took place in the Laishevsky municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan subordinated to the ministry of the Center of support of business, the Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in action.

Today in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the working meeting with delegation of the Tver region headed by the minister of the industry and information technologies of the Tver region Evgeny Vozhakin took place. During a meeting questions of social and economic and innovative development of regions, problems of monoterritories, questions of support and development of small and average business, preparation of qualified personnel for economy of regions, and also questions of adaptation of economy of the region to work in the conditions of Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization are discussed.

The program purpose – increase of level of ecological safety of citizens, preservation and rational use of natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Program tasks: 1 . Decrease in the general anthropogenous loading and reduction of level of environmental pollution of the Republic of Tatarstan by production wastes and consumption; 2 . Realization of a state policy on regulation of the relations in the sphere of geological studying, reproduction of mineral resources, rational use of the state fund of a subsoil in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan; 3 . Rational use of water resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and ensuring security of the population and objects of economy from negative impact of waters; 4 . Preservation, restoration of biological diversity of the Republic of Tatarstan, reproduction and rational use of hunting resources of the Republic of Tatarstan; 5 .  Increase of efficiency of activity of public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the environmental protection and environmental management sphere.

On February 5, 2014 the meeting with participation of the director of the department of special economic zones and projects of regional development of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of Andrey Sokolov took place. Representatives of the branch ministries of the republic and the large enterprises of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster also took part in meeting. The report on available infrastructure restrictions of a cluster was made by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov.
