On February 11, 2014 the next meeting of the working group of the Commission  at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of target indicators of the social and economic development determined by the President of the Russian Federation took place. The deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan– the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Engel Fattakhov took part in meeting from the Republic of Tatarstan. At meeting the following questions concerning a state policy in education and science were considered: – involvement of entrants on the budgetary places for training on engineering specialties; – creation of occasional seats in the children's preschool organizations, – maintaining the separate accounting of places on the children's preschool organizations which have and not having the corresponding license; – monitoring and control of state regulation of the price of services in supervision and care of the child in the non-state preschool educational organizations.

On February 7, 2014 in Aznakayevo town of the Aznakayevsky municipal area summing up and a congratulation of winners of the competition "Businessman of Year" took place. Businessmen of the area in a friendly situation summed up the results of 2013 and congratulated winners on the nominations: - "Businessman of 2013"; - "Business lady of 2013"; - "The young businessman of 2013". In the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan order from graduates and listeners of the Presidential program of preparation of administrative shots on participation in selection actions for training passing in France in 2014 taking began. This year 2 working visits will be carried out to France on the following subjects: - health care (medical equipment, pharmaceutics, cosmetics (end products), sports infrastructures); - food and agricultural industry (equipment, end products). The program of training includes a thematic seminar, meetings in Paris (2 days) and visits of the companies in Paris and regions of France (6 days). Visit will be accompanied by the translation into Russian.

On February 10, 2014 the videoconference with participation of the Director of the development of small and average business and the competition department of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Natalya Larionova and the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of  business support department Rustem Sibgatullin on the subject "Pilot Protection of Business Plans of the Tomsk Engineering Center, Regional Center of Engineering of the Republic of Tatarstan "KAI-laser", Altai Cluster of Composite Materials" took place. In conference representatives of the Ministry of Education of Russia, JSC Delovaya Rossiya, Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises  in the scientific and technical sphere, Association of innovative regions of Russia, experts took part.

The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 07.02.2014 No. 73 "About the statement of a state program "Development of physical culture, sports, tourism and increase of efficiency of realization of youth policy in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020" approved a state program "Development of physical culture, sports, tourism and increase of efficiency of realization of youth policy in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020". The Program purpose – realization of a state policy on development of physical culture, sports, tourism and increase of efficiency of realization of youth policy in the Republic of Tatarstan.

On January 29, 2014 subcommittee meeting concerning improvement of quality of rendering the state services and monitoring of implementation of stage-by-stage plans of performance of the actions containing annual indicators, providing achievement of the target indicators established by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation from May 7, 2012 No. 601 at Government Commission on Administrative Reform took place. Within meeting topical issues of implementation of the Concept of decrease in administrative barriers and increase of availability of the state and municipal services for 2011-2013 in the Russian Federation are considered, the course of performance by public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation of plans schedules of the organization of providing the state and municipal services in the principle of "one window" and other questions of realization of administrative reform is discussed.

For obtaining information on business opportunities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the most interesting sectors, types of demanded production and services, requirements, certification, licenses subordinated to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the Center of export support plans holding an educational seminar within which the interested businessmen will be able to receive all information necessary to start work in the market of the United Arab Emirates and Gulf States.

On February 20-21, 2014 in Mirazh hotel (Kazan, 5 Moskovskaya St.) the seminar "School of the regional investment standard for the Volga federal district", organized Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects (ICQ CLIENTS) will take place. The main objectives of a seminar – to adjust the mechanism of an exchange of the best practicians on introduction of concrete sections of the Standard of activity of executive authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation on ensuring favorable investment climate in the region, to provide constructive dialogue between business community and the power within projects, to transfer to participants the competences necessary for development of investment and enterprise climate.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan  with State Budgetary Institution Multipurpose Center of Providing the State and Municipal Services held on February 7, 2014 in Yelabuga training seminar for the establishments, rendering state and municipal services in the Multipurpose center of granting the state and municipal services opened on December 27, 2013.

On February 7, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev held a meeting with representatives of the IBS company. Representatives of the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan and Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on social and economic monitoring participated in a meeting. During a meeting the director of office of social and economic modeling and forecasting of the IBS company Marina Hodimchuk told about system of forecasting and management of personnel security of social and economic development of the subject of the Russian Federation.
